Cancellation requests accepted within 3 days of placing the order.

The product is out for delivery
You may reject the shipment at the doorstep if cancellation fails.
Perishable products (flowers, food items, etc.).
However, refunds may be allowed if product quality is defective.

Resolution will be provided after review.
Issues with items having manufacturer warranty should be taken up directly with them.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
